About This Role

In the world of consumer debt collection, innovation is key. Companies are seeking better ways to support customers in need. Our solution uses AI and ML to drive growth while prioritizing customer experience.

As a fully remote team of over 300 people from around the globe, we're expanding rapidly. To fuel this growth, we need an experienced Training Lead to elevate our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery:
  • Lead all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Direct onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.
  • Assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback.
  • Create presentations for weekly huddles.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using various assessment methods.
  • Training Development and Evaluation:
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic training programs.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and departments to design learning solutions.
  • Apply advanced instructional design theories to create high-impact materials.
  • Track training rollouts and implement improvements.
  • Training Administration:
  • Oversee training tickets and respond to inquiries.
  • Conduct trainer observation sessions and provide feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments.
  • Extensive experience in training across various channels.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
