We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll Expert.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient payroll systems that meet client needs, ensuring timely deployment and seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and foster development among team members, assist with proposal preparations, and deliver product demonstrations to clients.
  • Work independently to manage workload, collaborating closely with team members as needed.
Key Expectations
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of payroll software, including absence and time tracking features.
  • Lead client-facing activities, including gathering business requirements, designing configurations, demonstrating configurations, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with confidential data conversion teams to convert legacy data into the payroll system.
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between the payroll system and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new team members and serve as a professional role model while coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
  • Facilitate clients' adoption of best practices for payroll management.
  • Maintain ongoing client satisfaction, ensuring our company is referenceable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, highlighting project status and risks.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing payroll solutions.
  • Active certification in payroll management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience configuring and deploying various applications, including HCM/Payroll projects.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in payroll, absence, and/or time tracking.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously.
