  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Change Management Professional
  • Support change initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, managing projects, and analyzing requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.
