We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our clients in the real estate industry.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with CRM systems, social media management, and property research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client data: Ensure all client and agent information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.
  • Support business operations: Assist with tasks such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Social media management: Schedule posts, update content, and respond to inquiries on behalf of our clients.
  • Property research: Source listings based on client needs and criteria.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com or other CRM-related tools.
  • Experience with Canva, VTiger, Wix, and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry, particularly the Australian market.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
