Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents and coordinate the transaction process.

  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction to address any concerns or issues.
  • Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents to ensure easy access and reference.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably in a title processing or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation, including contracts and disclosure forms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms to streamline workflows.
