Job Description:

The primary role involves preparing professional quotes for various companies, maintaining administrative workflows and providing light secretary support.

Responsibilities include creating and managing quotes for construction projects based on client requirements, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and team members to gather accurate cost estimates and performing general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will also assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via QuickBooks, ensuring documents are accurately formatted and meet professional standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the UK construction industry or a similar quoting/admin role
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Monday.com is a must
  • Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Preferred:
  • Experience working with virtual teams or remote clients
  • Familiarity with UK-specific construction terms and documentation practices
