Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily task intakes
  • Facilitate team member communication
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and manage timelines
  • Manage expectations around deliverables
  • Stay aligned with client objectives and report to the Account Manager
  • Address key questions related to contracts

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)

Desirable Skills:

  • Keyword research
  • Editorial calendar planning
  • Content brief preparation for various formats
  • Blog/article writing with good English grammar
  • PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking
  • Project management and coordination using tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, AirTable, etc.
  • Canva design
  • Email marketing using MailChimp, Constant Contact, Instantly, Brevo, etc.
  • Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
  • Adobe tools proficiency: Photoshop/Firefly, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier
  • Video editing skills using Canva, Premier, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
  • Social media video marketing for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • CRM experience using HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, PipeDrive, etc.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads
  • Front-end Web Developer skills using WordPress builders, basic coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Back-end Web Developer skills using knowledge of servers, hosting, PHP, SQL
  • Full-stack Web Developer capabilities
  • Web design and prototype mockup skills using Figma, Divi, Elementor, Bricks Builder, etc.
  • Automation workflows using Zapier, Make, etc.
  • Google Business Profile marketing and ranking improvement
  • SEO skills using on-page, off-page backlinking, citation work
  • Management abilities

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
