Project Coordinator Role:
The primary goal of this position is to provide support to project managers and teams by handling administrative tasks, planning, coordination, and documentation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily project activities and deliverables
- Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
- Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups
- Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or delays
- Help track contract compliance and maintain documentation
- Organize shared folders and files for version control
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, and scheduling.
