Job Title: Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions, providing support to diverse clientele and fostering long-term relationships that drive growth.

This position necessitates attention to detail, experience managing complex clients, analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and knowledge of web architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic and tactical client services to high-priority clients
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Present and facilitate large group meetings for clients
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of our products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers like Firebug
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
