
Senior Client Relations Specialist

As a Senior Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving market share and sales growth for clients' products or services. Your key responsibility will be to oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations for client accounts, ensuring their goals are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
Your duties will include maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels, executing brand strategies for both clients and the Company in an efficient manner, and building a strong brand image for clients and the Company's products or services.
You will also conduct market research on consumer trends, analyze competitors' products and brand issues, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to develop a cohesive brand image.
In addition, you will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, delivering projects on time, and prioritizing client satisfaction and retention.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
