Lead Dynamics Platform Strategist

Experience Digital is seeking a seasoned Lead Dynamics Platform Strategist to spearhead the growth and enhancement of our Dynamics platform. This critical role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in technical management, solution architecture, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies. They will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, guiding solution architecture, and ensuring best practices across Dynamics solutions.

This strategic leadership contract role involves collaborating with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, developing and maintaining a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements, and leading platform evolution and adoption of new technologies.

The successful candidate will also engage with prospective clients, present Experience Digital's Dynamics capabilities, and work with account managers and clients to develop strategic plans. They will represent Experience Digital publicly at industry conferences and events, strengthen the company's reputation within the Dynamics community, and contribute to social media, blog posts, and other public forums as an advocate of Experience Digital's technical expertise.

We offer a fully remote working arrangement with occasional travel to Manila for events and executive functions. The candidate will also be expected to manage irregular hours and on-call responsibilities in line with executive duties.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee technical teams and guide solution architecture to ensure best practices across Dynamics solutions.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements.
  4. Engage with prospective clients and present Experience Digital's Dynamics capabilities.
  5. Represent Experience Digital publicly at industry conferences and events.
  6. Contribute to social media, blog posts, and other public forums as an advocate of Experience Digital's technical expertise.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience representing an organisation publicly.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure preferred.
Work Conditions:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to Manila for events and executive functions.
