Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Reception Coordinator to join our team at Workrei Manpower Services. As the first point of contact for customers, guests, and walk-ins, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and customer support duties, including:

  • Greeting visitors and answering inquiries in person or over the phone;
  • Maintaining employee and department directories to facilitate visitor navigation;
  • Offering beverages to guests when necessary;
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for executives and appointments for customers;
  • Documenting actions and communicating with teams to ensure continuity.
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Operating the telephone switchboard and transferring calls to relevant units;
  • Taking messages and communicating them to the appropriate parties;
  • Handling outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail;
  • Making outgoing calls and conference calls as needed;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading office documents;
  • Performing basic data entry tasks assigned by management;
  • Maintaining and stocking office supplies;
  • Ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations in the reception area.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
