Remote Scheduler Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented scheduler to join our team. As a remote scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and managing caregiver schedules across multiple locations.

Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless coordination of caregiver schedules, client needs, and operational requirements. You will also be the point of contact for clients and caregivers, handling inquiries, concerns, and issues that may arise.

In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, manage shifts, and maintain accurate records. Your ability to think critically, multitask, and communicate effectively will be essential in delivering exceptional service and meeting business objectives.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules, taking into account client needs, caregiver availability, and operational constraints
  • Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries, cancellations, and changes from clients and caregivers
  • Manage communication channels, ensuring timely updates and notifications to all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes in our software system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and address staffing gaps, optimizing schedule efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular check-ins with caregivers to monitor their performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns
  • Generate reports and analytics to inform business decisions and improve operational effectiveness

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Technical proficiency in software systems, with experience using tools like WellSky
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
