Job Overview

This is a remote, work-from-home position that supports home care clients by coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring smooth operations. Our company requires a dedicated individual to oversee the coordination of caregiver schedules across multiple areas.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules
  • Respond to last-minute schedule changes or missed shifts
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers via phone or video calls
  • Update client records and case notes in our software system (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve scheduling issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Prepare weekly reports for leadership review
