About the Role
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers.
- The ideal candidate will have previous B2B iGaming experience as an Account Manager or Casino Manager.
- A strong customer relationship builder with excellent social and communication skills is essential for this role.
- Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers.
- Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers.
- Continually monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department.
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
- Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to Head of Account Management.
- Previous B2B iGaming experience is mandatory.
- F.fluent English is required.
- Ideal candidates should be based in the UK or Gibraltar.
- This role requires a self-starter with highly developed social and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills are necessary to handle difficult clients and pressure.
- A problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical / numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
