About the Opportunity

As a Global Dynamics Solutions Specialist, you will be part of a global team that delivers and supports enterprise-level Dynamics solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that corporate Dynamics environments are clean, efficient, and user-friendly by leveraging your technical expertise in configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft's Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain in-depth technical knowledge to understand business platforms, processes, and requirements.
  • Participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Proactively work with other teams to support existing and new business application needs, driving efficiency and productivity through effective solution delivery.
  • Contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics solutions for enterprise companies.
