  • ">User Training & Support: Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.">
  • ">Platform Management & Optimization: Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimizing business processes.">
  • ">Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.">
  • ">Manage the Release Process: Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.">
  • ">Continuous Improvement: Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience. Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation.">
