IT Project Manager - Enterprise Delivery Lead

A dynamic IT project manager is sought to oversee the delivery of large-scale initiatives across the globe.

The successful candidate will provide structure, transparency, and alignment to ensure projects meet agreed scope, schedule, and business objectives.

  • Manage end-to-end IT initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide governance, oversight, and visibility across global teams executing system integrator–led projects and in-house SAFe delivery.
  • Build integrated project plans, track dependencies, and monitor execution across multiple teams.
  • Proactively manage risk, issues, and decisions with timely escalation and accountability.
  • Support lean portfolio management practices, including funding alignment, value tracking, and change control.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors and IT leadership to connect delivery to tangible business benefits.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably across large-scale or global initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe and agile delivery methodologies, with ability to bridge into enterprise-level governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to transparency and open communication.
