Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Delivery Excellence Specialist to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

About the Role:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure exceptional customer service delivery across all technology solutions and products, ensuring excellent project management, service metrics tracking, budget management, issue resolution, optimal resource allocation, and maintenance of a skilled team of delivery resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage service delivery by meeting contractual/SLA commitments, ensuring contract compliance, and adherence to SLA parameters.
  • Monitor and review all projects in the account on various delivery parameters to ensure quality delivery as per budget and timelines.
  • Ensure that service credits, performance incentives, penalties, and penalty waivers are incorporated in the invoices.
  • Lead delivery governance across accounts/projects, understanding customer goals, key performance metrics, and thresholds for each project.
  • Participate in sharing account performance across operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters with internal/external stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A strong background in customer service delivery, project management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
