We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our client-facing department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat and email support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service
- Monitor products and feedback to ensure high-quality service
- Manage databases to track customer interactions and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Generate sales leads and promote products to customers
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Fully fluent in English
- Proficient in using apps and technology
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
- Flexibility to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
- No prior experience required, but previous experience will be considered
- Track record of success in previous roles or academic environments
- Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Experience in fast-paced, high-performance work environments
- Skilled at anticipating team members' needs and providing support
