Job Overview

As a senior advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering meaningful work opportunities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
  • Track and resolve issues efficiently, prioritizing tasks, documenting progress, and escalating matters as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably supporting SaaS products.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone handling skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
