As a senior advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering meaningful work opportunities worldwide.

Our team of over 1,000 members across five countries is growing rapidly, with ambitious plans to reach over 5,000 team members soon.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and professional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
- Track and resolve issues efficiently, prioritizing tasks, documenting progress, and escalating matters as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably supporting SaaS products.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong phone handling skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
