  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Administrator to manage vendor payments, ensure accuracy in financial records, and leverage accounting software to maintain efficient accounts payable processes.
  • This role involves processing and recording accounts payable transactions, reviewing and verifying invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience using accounting tools, ability to manage multiple vendor payments, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with GL coding and basic accounting principles.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions.
  • Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries.
  • Prepare reports on accounts payable activity.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience using Rent Manager or similar accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor payments and meet due dates.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
