Outbound Sales Representative

This is a unique opportunity to join our fast-growing team as an Outbound Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and qualifying leads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients
  • Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts
  • Build and manage personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to test and refine outreach messaging
  • Keep accurate, organized records of activity, outcomes, and insights
  • Consistently hit weekly activity and booking goals
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling
  • Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high accountability
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Central Time (U.S.)
