Position Title: B2B Sales & E-Commerce SpecialistWork Set-up: Work From Home or Office
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 50,000
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM PH Time
We are looking for a commercially driven and tech-savvy B2B Sales & E-Commerce Specialist to support our client — a fast-growing bicycle company based in Dublin, Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting and is passionate about driving growth through strategic sales outreach and seamless e-commerce execution.
You will be responsible for identifying and building new B2B opportunities across Ireland and Europe, while managing the company's Shopify-based B2B platform and running outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email. Responsibilities as a B2B Sales & E-Commerce Specialist:
B2B Sales & Outreach
• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients across Ireland and Europe
• Create and manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Build and maintain accurate B2B prospecting lists and pipelines
• Follow up on warm leads and help close deals in collaboration with the sales team
E-Commerce Management
• Oversee Shopify B2B platform – from product listings to pricing and inventory updates
• Monitor website performance and coordinate with team to resolve issues
• Optimize customer experience and e-commerce operations
Marketing & Engagement
• Design and execute email campaigns promoting products and special offers
• Draft customized outreach messages and proposals to potential B2B partners
• Keep track of competitor trends and industry updates to help shape strategy
Reporting & CRM
• Monitor and report on B2B sales performance, website analytics, and outreach success
• Keep accurate CRM records and ensure pipelines are well-maintained
• Provide actionable recommendations to boost lead conversion and sales
Qualifications as a B2B Sales & E-Commerce Specialist:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools
• Familiar with CRM platforms for lead tracking and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Passion or interest in the cycling or e-mobility industry is a plus
