Customer Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Advocate to provide exceptional support to our clients, handling inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. This pivotal role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of client interactions.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions, handling high-volume calls with precision, and owning the client journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent the company with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
  • Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A reliable laptop or PC, high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection are essential for maintaining productivity in this remote position.
