Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support and build positive relationships with clients.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role and be proficient in live chats and emails.
  • They should also possess excellent analytical and research skills, as well as a positive and responsible attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service via various channels.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) proficiency.
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto is highly valued.
  • Analytical and research skills are essential.
  • A positive and responsible attitude is required.
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection is necessary.
