Job Overview

A senior customer support engineer position is available for a technical expert to work independently and as part of the support team.

This role requires highly technical tasks, logging in various systems, and resolving problems or issues. The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science or engineering and at least 7 years of experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.

Responsibilities
  • The key responsibilities include working on our support portal, reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests.
  • The candidate will also participate in training, provided in-house, and work with leading-edge technology in blue-chip multinational companies.
Requirements
  1. A graduate degree in computer science or mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology or sufficient IT experience.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.
  3. Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing would be considered an advantage.
