We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to provide top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels.   • Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.

  • Elevate complex issues to the relevant team members.

  • Ensure consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience is necessary.
  • Working from home experience is beneficial.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection is crucial.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is a plus.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
