Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing first-line support to our customers via Intercom during the night shift (11 PM to 8 AM PH Time). The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written English, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in tech support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Intercom.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Teamflect platform.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during night hours.

  • Willingness to work the night shift (11 PM to 8 AM PH Time).
