Customer Support Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and instant messaging channels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers by being proactive and responsive to their needs
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary Package:
- Entry Level: Up to PHP 31,000
- Intermediate Level: Up to PHP 42,000
- Expert Level: Up to PHP 53,000
