Job Summary:

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee order fulfillment from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience with Walmart's platform, possess strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for product profitability.

  • Process customer orders by purchasing products from selected retailers and fulfilling buyers' orders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage stock availability to ensure continuous supply of products.
  • Maintain and update product pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor research to identify profitable products to list.
  • Organize and track order records using Excel and internal tools to ensure accurate data.
  • Collaborate with suppliers/retailers to resolve any order-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Purchasing products from authorized retailers and vendors.
  • Fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Managing inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Analyzing sales data to inform pricing decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders and transactions.
