Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to oversee order processing activities, including software and hardware fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team to build quotes and process orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the quote-to-cash process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end business operations, focusing on order management to billing.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment using advanced software tools, including activation and billing processes.
  • Ensure seamless transactional integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal groups to identify and execute on operational improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
