  • Execute job duties following established policies, standards, and procedures, bringing awareness to management any constraints or concerns.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal partners to analyze and resolve complex client issues.
  • May be assigned other job-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • College-level education or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to recommend effective solutions addressing customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, concise, and straightforward information.
  • A solid understanding of de-escalation techniques and the end-to-end process of servicing.
