Job Opportunity

The role of HR Representative involves serving as a key point of contact for inquiries related to human resources policy and procedure. This includes interacting with managers and employees via various channels, including email, web requests, live chat, and phone.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Interact with managers and employees via various communication channels
  • Accept and route requests for assistance via telephone, email, live chat, and web forms
  • Gather information and record data in HR tools
  • Monitor transaction status and escalate as necessary
  • Prepare written communications, including emails and letters
  • Escalate appropriate actions to other parties
  • Follow up with customers to ensure completion of tasks within performance parameters

Work Environment

  • May be required to work night shifts to accommodate global operations
  • Prolonged PC and telephone usage in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle high volumes of work orders; works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Psychology or Human Resource Management) or equivalent
  • Ability to work on the night shift
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
