Salary:Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. Your duties will include preparing meeting materials, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. You will also be responsible for managing communications, drafting replies, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely responses.
You will prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism. Additionally, you will maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. As the main point of contact between the CTO and other departments, you will ensure smooth communication and task coordination. You will track and support key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed. Furthermore, you will oversee office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining an organized office environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. We require 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant with strong experience in office administration and coordination. Proven ability to manage calendars and organize meetings is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools is required.
