About This Job

At Filinvest Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our Tax Department and Finance Department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax and Accounting Filings: Assist in the preparation of various tax and tax legal documents, perform administrative and secretarial work, and finalize replies and other filings with the BIR.
  • Document Management: Organize and classify documents and records according to defined standards, maintain active inventory of case records and documents, and perform other duties assigned by the Tax Head/Tax and Finance Senior Managers.
  • Monetary, Property, and Company Assets Responsibility: Oversee supplies and tools assigned, shared responsibility over documents handed over to legal, and full responsibility over money and checks personally handed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science Graduate or Bachelor of Laws Graduate or any Business or relevant course.
  • Experience: Preferably with at least one to two years of experience in a law firm/legal industry/legal department or other relevant experience.
