Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, managing their diary, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distribute, and follow through on action items.
  • Research and gather data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing emails, documents, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any business or marketing course or equivalent curriculum.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Fluent in oral and written English communication.
  • Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in Taguig City.
