Administrative Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide administrative support to the CTO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with teams.
• Organize meeting materials, draft agendas, distribute documents, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
• Manage communications for the CTO, drafting replies, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely responses.
• Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and internal communications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CTO and other departments, coordinating tasks and schedules.
• Support project management, track key projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, and the CTO's workspace.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients) on behalf of the CTO.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant to a C-suite executive.
• Experience in routine office admin/secretary tasks, such as coordination, scheduling, and supporting the CTO.
• Proven experience managing calendars and organizing meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and promptly addressing the CTO's needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
