
Employee Advocate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to employees, handling a high volume of inquiries and transactions in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer employee queries and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve policy and procedural issues.
- Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) to complete employee transactions.
- Meet performance targets for timeliness and quality in query resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
- Transfer complex cases to relevant leads or counterparts as needed.
- Escalate high-priority cases for immediate attention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder.
- At least 1-year experience in HR Helpdesk role, delivering services, preferably from a shared service center environment.
- Hands-on experience on BambooHR ATS.
- Experience working with Workday and workflow systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk etc).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict and attention to detail.
- Passionate about employee experience, energetic and driven to efficiently manage resolution of every employee query.
