Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clients in the construction and architecture industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for documenting various aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Filling out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance with high accuracy
  • Inputting data from clients and construction documents into digital systems
  • Interpreting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information
  • Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements
  • Maintaining organized digital files and ensuring timely submission of required documentation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools
