Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Construction Documentation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for completing various administrative and technical tasks related to building documentation, permitting, and data management. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings. Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities include accurately filling out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance, inputting data from clients and construction documents into digital systems, interpreting plans to extract relevant information, communicating with clients to gather necessary information, and maintaining organized digital files.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
