Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician/Draftsperson to contribute to our architecture studio's design-driven team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively on projects shaped by light, material, and context. As an Architectural Technician/Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, elevations, construction details, door & window schedules, FF&E schedules, and working with supplied Revit templates and following established documentation styles.

You will effectively interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions, communicate and collaborate with the team in a remote environment, manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines, and support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven proficiency in Revit, fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills, solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales, strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats, excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting, self-motivation, reliability, and ability to manage tasks independently, strong communication skills, and a willingness to contribute ideas.

A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required. This application includes a video assessment provided by the client, and as part of the independent contractor agreement, clients are not obligated to provide equipment, so you will need to use your own.
