Interior Design Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Design Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an experienced Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth documentation processes across all interior design projects.

  • Maintain accurate and timely distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness, including contracts and project-related materials.
  • Update technical documents such as manuals, workflows, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of document distributions.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in document control or project coordination, preferably in design, architecture, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and document lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and document management systems.
