Client Support Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients by resolving technical and product inquiries via phone, email, and web. Your role will involve ensuring successful use of our solutions and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support, resolving inquiries via phone, email, and web
    • Ensure timely responses aligned with departmental service levels
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across global locations to achieve desired outcomes
  • Engage in ongoing education, training, and certifications to stay current with industry and product developments
  • Manage client needs and product issues from start to finish
    • Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up, and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including support case logs, emails, and knowledge base articles
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the program
Qualifications:
  • Must have over a year of experience in Accounting, working with Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Prime Broker, or other global back office financial accounting solutions
    • Knowledge of fundamental financial instruments (equities and fixed incomes) is preferred
  • With more than a year of Architecture experience, handling SQL, Databases, UNIX/Linux, or Networking preferred
  • Strong background in accounting or previous experience in finance-related accounts is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with different teams across multiple departments
  • Proven ability to learn complex technical, financial, and theoretical information quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced technical skills with basic understanding of Unix, Linux, MSSQL, and Databases
  • Ability to work well under pressure; resourceful with limited tools and resources
  • Willing to work during graveyard shifts and holidays; open to schedule swaps
