Accounting Specialist - General Ledger

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions. This includes managing the general ledger, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
