Job Summary
The Dealer Coordinator role at Hunter's Hub Inc. is a critical position that requires collaboration with dealers to enhance sales through the dealership channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training programs, providing marketing support and strategic advice, and overseeing incentive programs aimed at improving dealers' marketing performance and increasing sales of the bank's products.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Communicate and assist the Sales Team in managing loan signing and ensure timely resolution of any concerns encountered.
2. Coordinate with internal departments during loan processing and other related tasks such as document submission.
3. Screen and verify completeness of loan booking related documents prior to receiving them from Dealer representatives.
4. Review and scan accurate documents within a reasonable timeframe and endorse them to the Sales Assistant for seamless loan booking.
5. Understand and apply Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines in the role.
Key Qualifications
Marketing Related Course and experience in sales are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
