Senior Data Sources Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a senior-level position requiring strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with HTML and be able to work independently and under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Digitize informed consent forms by performing content/data entry and executing basic HTML coding to mimic the source ICF.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency with the source ICF and standards.
  • Manage workload efficiently using task management systems and adhere to queue standards.
  • Prioritize delivery by reviewing escalations and directives from trainers and managers as communicated by the study team.
  • Collaborate with customer success and operations teams, project management, and other teams to enhance processes and keep documentation updated in real-time.
  • Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure quality of delivery and review scope of process enhancements.
  • Verify document and system adaptability and functionality for eConsent sites.
  • Act as subject matter expert for eConsent in liaison with customer success and operations teams regarding content.
  • Provide complete consent access to sponsors, sites, and other study team members by adhering to instructions in task management systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic HTML experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex results in clear language avoiding technical jargon.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and deadline adherence.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change.
