Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive the successful launch and growth of our IT solutions, software, and services.

This is a key role for any company looking to scale their product marketing efforts globally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product marketing within the IT industry, with a proven track record of launching and scaling technology products worldwide.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes conducting thorough market research, building and refining customer segmentation models, creating sales enablement materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.

The right candidate will be an expert in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions. They will possess strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills, as well as proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute GTM strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  3. Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  7. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
