Product Strategy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Manager to lead product development and drive business growth.

In this role, you will develop and articulate a clear product execution strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and the product and portfolio strategy. You will own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic goals.

You will stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks.

Sets and tracks key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making. Influences senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution. Act as the primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Oversees the entire product lifecycle, from concept, design, and development to launch and post-release optimization. Oversees customer discovery, user research, and data analysis initiatives to continuously improve the product.

Gathers feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to refine product direction. Identifies pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in existing products.

Ensures product managers and cross-functional teams operate effectively and efficiently, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks as needed.

Serves as a role model and mentor for junior product managers, sharing best practices, insights, and guidance to support their growth and career development.

Fosters a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.

Lead by example in decision-making, prioritization, and strategic thinking.
