Senior Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Strategist to lead our product vision and roadmap, driving innovation and growth through collaboration with technical teams.

This role involves defining the overall product strategy, aligning with company goals and market opportunities, and ensuring commercial and technical needs are balanced.

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the overall product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure product decisions balance commercial and technical needs.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Represent product in engineering meetings, prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Partnership: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.
Requirements
  • Fluent English: Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong experience working closely with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
  • Commercial Acumen: Background in sales/marketing, with proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
